Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also attend industry events and meetings to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Contract Negotiation
- Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and Performance Metrics
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of the housing society management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
