Job Title: Freelance IT Recruiter

Location: Remote (Freelance/Contract Basis)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to help us identify and hire top IT talent. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who have prior experience in IT hiring and can work independently on a closure-based model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates for various IT roles using portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements clearly.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Deliver quality profiles and close positions within defined timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or freelance).
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends.
  • Excellent sourcing skills on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should have a strong track record of successful closures in IT hiring.

Compensation:

  • Payment will be made on a per-closure basis (incentive/commission-based model).
  • Higher payouts for niche/critical positions.
