We are looking for a motivated and experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles across multiple industries. This role is perfect for someone who is self-driven, organized, and enjoys working independently while having the flexibility to manage their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of professionals to leverage in future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening:
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, either over the phone, video call, or in-person, depending on the client's needs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on interview results.
  • Job Posting and Branding:
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Promote the employer brand by highlighting company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients or the hiring team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • A network of professional contacts within relevant industries is a plus.
