This role is pivotal in shaping, enhancing, and managing the brand identity of Juniors Group of Companies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a keen understanding of branding principles, and the ability to drive consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development:- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence.- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Marketing Campaigns:- Plan, execute, and analyze branding campaigns that align with the company’s vision.- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including print, digital, and social media assets.Event Management:- Coordinate and oversee branding activities during events, especially Junior’s Fashion Week.- Work closely with event teams to ensure seamless integration of brand elements.Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and industry trends.- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve brand positioning.Collaboration:- Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and media partners.What We Offer:- A vibrant and supportive work environment.- Opportunities to work on high-impact projects like Junior’s Fashion Week.- Professional growth and development opportunities.- Competitive salary and benefits package.
