The Role

As our Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and communicating our brand story to key stakeholders — from CIOs and CTOs to potential partners and talent. You'll craft strategies that highlight our expertise, differentiate our services, and position [Your Company Name] as a trusted thought leader in the IT consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company vision and business development goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints — including digital channels, proposals, events, and content assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to promote service offerings and case studies
• Create positioning and messaging frameworks for service lines (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation)
• Manage thought leadership initiatives — including white papers, blogs, and webinars — to enhance brand authority
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent
• Track brand health metrics and analyze campaign performance for ongoing optimization
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and external partners

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in IT services, consulting, or B2B tech
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting landscape and enterprise buying behaviors
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling brand stories and messaging
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, consultative environments
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and creative problem-solving
