Technical skill sets

Education and Qualifications

- B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Data Science/ AI or Engineering).

Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in the delivery of end-to-end analytical solutions (analyze, design, implement, test, and deploy) and implementation of AI and Advanced Analytics projects for Energy, Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining, Supply Chain, Utilities, Power, and Manufacturing industries.- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience working as Oil and gas, Systems Platforms.- Proposed, Designed, developed, deployed, and maintained at least a couple of data science models. (Real world projects).- Experience in leading a team and training young data scientists.- Good understanding of the AI ecosystem and capabilities.- Awareness of the latest trends, platforms, and technologies for industrial use cases.- Exposed and experienced in the application of AI for industrial use cases.- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing ML and deep learning solutions and building models that run on various platforms using structured and unstructured data architecture and quality.- Expert in preparing digital use case feasibility studies and designing their appropriate solutions using analytics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.- Solid experience in optimization, data mining, and digital projects execution.- Experience in the domain of Predictive analytics, preventive analytics, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.- Experience in dealing with time series data from sensors for prediction and forecasting.- Hands-on experience in scripting using multiple languages predominantly Python.- Strong hold on SQL and NO SQL databases and practical implementation of use cases using them.- Experience in life cycle management of AI applications from concept, build, deployment, and management.- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks or libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit, Pytorch ... etc.- Exposure to data transformation and data structuring as part of model building.- Building simple yet best-fit solution design or logic design for complex data challenges or industry use cases.- Hands-on experience with DevOps and ML Operation tools including version control tools such as GIT.- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools. Any of the tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Looker, etc.- Understanding of information systems security and network architecture.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to conduct model-based Root Cause Analysis.- Ability to face and interact with clients and deliver technical solutions demonstrations and presentations.- Ability to handle multiple and possibly competing tasks.- Good liaison skills to pass through project stage gates and sign-off.- Good verbal and written technical skills.- Experience in cloud deployment platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is nice to have.- Experience in Computer Vision applications is nice to have.
