Our product aims to solve (specific problem) by using state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Learning Models (LLLM). We are in search of a Founding Data Scientist to join our leadership team, take full ownership of the data science functions, and help shape the future of the company.

Job Description:As the Founding Data Scientist, you will be responsible for building our data science function from the ground up. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to design and implement AI/ML algorithms and models, particularly focusing on NLP and LLLM, to solve complex problems and drive the success of our product. You will play a critical role in shaping the product's development and growth, bringing expertise in data science, AI/ML, and hands-on experience in building SaaS products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy NLP models and Large Language Learning Models (LLM) to enhance the core functionalities of our SaaS product.Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to define the roadmap for integrating AI/ML solutions.Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines.Take ownership of model performance, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.Work on data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering from various sources.Translate business problems into analytical solutions, using AI/ML models to inform product features and decisions.Continuously improve and iterate on algorithms to stay at the forefront of NLP and AI advancements.Set up best practices for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Mentor and build a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers over time.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and related AI/ML fields.Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models in production.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.Experience in building and scaling SaaS products from the ground up.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment technologies.Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and statistical methods.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about AI/ML and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.

Nice to Have:Experience with deep learning techniques for NLP, such as transformers and GPT models.Prior experience in a founding team or leadership position in a startup environment.Knowledge of MLOps and best practices for scaling machine learning pipelines.
