We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through bidding and forging strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the companys services(development, Mobile Applications and Marketing services) and, addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Keep records of sales.
  • Grow company profiles presence on online platforms like Upwork, Guru etc.
  • If you don't engage in bidding, you should expertise in IT Sales conversion through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Closing the bid through the sales process
  • Understanding of Sales Navigator, Bidding process and lead conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Providing solutions to client queries.
  • Expertising at least in one vertical (Development pitches, mobile application pitches , Digital marketing pitches).
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.




Requirements and skills


  • Proven working experience as a BDA, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
