Travel: Frequent overseas travel for business development and client engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international sales growth and market expansion, specifically in the battery export industry.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage global distributors, dealers, and OEM clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value, profitable export contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key overseas clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales team to ensure performance excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of minimum 10 years in export sales of batteries (industrial, automotive, or energy storage).
  • Strong knowledge of global battery markets, regulations, and export procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving results in competitive international markets.
