Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Noida. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the diary of the Managing Director, making travel arrangements, handling communications, and offering personal assistance. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, coordinating with different departments, ensuring effective communication, and providing overall administrative support.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and making Travel Arrangements
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
