Business Development Specialist
to join our team and drive growth through student enrollments, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Promote A3 IT Solutions' courses and services via presentations, seminars, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential students and clients.
- Prepare business proposals, MoUs, and presentations for clients and institutional partners.
- Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
business development / sales / education sector
(freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to generating leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
