Business Development Specialist
to join our team and drive growth through student enrollments, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners.
  • Promote A3 IT Solutions' courses and services via presentations, seminars, and meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential students and clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, MoUs, and presentations for clients and institutional partners.
  • Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    business development / sales / education sector
    (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to generating leads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
