This role is focused on managing job advertising spend through programmatic platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver qualified applicants efficiently and within budget.Key Responsibilities:- Set up, manage, and optimize job advertising campaigns across programmatic recruitment platforms.- Allocate budgets across jobs, clients, and sources to maximize applicant flow while meeting CPA/CPC targets.- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and sources to drive efficiency and results.- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align campaigns with hiring goals, job priorities, and timelines.- Generate performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights on spend, conversions, and applicant quality.- Ensure budget pacing and ROI delivery against monthly and quarterly hiring objectives.- Stay current on recruitment media trends, best practices, and performance benchmarks in the US market.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations or recruitment marketing campaign management.- Strong knowledge of programmatic job advertising platforms and ecosystems.- Hands-on expertise in managing performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, apply rates, and cost-per-hire.- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.- Ability to work effectively with US stakeholders with partial time-zone overlap.- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment tech, or digital advertising is a plus.What We Offer:- Opportunity to run impactful recruitment campaigns for the US market at scale.- Work in a product-led company transforming how recruiters hire with AI.- Competitive salary and clear career growth opportunities.- Collaborative team culture and exposure to cutting-edge recruitment marketing practices.
