Senior Client Services Manager

Role Overview As the Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and maximize client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on client relationship management while creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities by leveraging your industry expertise and strong understanding of our clients' digital marketing needs. You will play a pivotal role in leading client pitches and proposals, ensuring their success, and contributing to the agency's revenue growth
Roles and Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing digital marketing solutions that align with their goal. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts. Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Lead client pitches and proposals, working closely with the business development team to drive new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic account plans to foster long-term partnerships and achieve client retention and growth targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, Paid Media, and Content, to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns that meet client expectations. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients to optimize results. Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge within the team to drive innovation and excellence.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry, preferably within an agency setting. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Demonstrated experience leading successful client pitches and proposals. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and web analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing client needs.
