Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in digital advertising and programmatic solutions.
The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, pitching programmatic and mobile advertising solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Programmatic Buying and Mobile Advertising.
Pitch Digitalista's performance marketing solutions to potential clients across industries like Gaming, Finance, Travel, and Real Estate.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and providing customized advertising solutions.
Drive client satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
Proposal & Strategy Development
Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals, media plans, and strategic pitches.
Collaborate with programmatic teams to design performance-driven campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
Market Research & Insights
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ad technologies.
Provide insights to clients on best practices, innovative formats, and programmatic opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Coordinate with campaign management and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Provide feedback to improve internal processes, product offerings, and client services.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Digital Advertising / Programmatic Media.
Strong understanding of DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, AppLovin, Moloco) and tracking platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Exposure to international markets is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about performance marketing.
