About the RoleEternal Robotics is looking for a talented Software Engineer I (SE-I) to join our Hypervise/Hypercore engineering team. You will work on real-time computer vision systems, cloud-native applications, APIs, dashboards, and hybrid industrial deployments across major automotive and manufacturing clients.This role offers the chance to build high-impact software powering the next generation of AI-driven industrial automation.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices- Build cloud-based dashboards, control panels, and internal tools- Contribute to hybrid deployments across Edge IPCs, On-Prem servers, and Cloud platformsSystem Integration & Architecture- Integrate real-time data pipelines, message queues, and event-driven architectures- Implement authentication, authorization, SSO, and security controlsDev Ops & CI/CD- Support Docker-based deployments and automated CI/CD processes- Monitor system reliability, performance, and cloud resource usageMaintenance & Support- Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis- Ensure stability of production environmentsDocumentation & Collaboration- Maintain API specs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation- Work closely with CV Engineers, Dev Ops, QA, Product, and Business teamsPerformance Expectations (KRAs & KPIs)During Probation- 90%+ sprint task closure- 85%+ first-pass PR approvals- Critical bug fix TAT ≤ 48 hours- Zero security violations- 100% documentation accuracy- Active participation in standups/reviews- ≥ 95% on-time sprint delivery- Critical incident rate ≤ 1 per quarter- API reliability ≥ 99.5%- CI/CD success ≥ 98%- Cloud cost optimization of 10–20% annuallyQualifications- B. E / B. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development, backend systems, or cloud-native platformsTechnical Skills RequiredProgramming & Backend- Java Script, Type Script, Python- Node.js, Express, Fast API, Nest JS (good to have)Frontend- React, Next.js, HTML, CSSDatabases- Mongo DB, My SQL, Dynamo DB, Cosmos DBStreaming & Messaging- Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis, FirebaseCloud & Dev Ops- AWS, GCP, Azure- Docker- Git Hub Actions, Git Lab, JenkinsAdded Advantage- Open CV, YOLO, Tensor RT, NVIDIA TAO ToolkitCompetencies- High accountability & ownership- Strong customer-centric mindset- Collaboration across product & engineering teams- Innovative problem-solving- Good communication & documentation skills
