Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager under Business Banking Group (Mid Corporate Clients) located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers, providing personalized financial advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling the bank's financial products and services, as well as achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in banking is preferred
  • Proficiency in local languages would be beneficial
  • Less notice Period Employees are preferred
