Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive (Fitness / Massage / Sports / Community Services) at Medifit Consultants Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Guest Relationship Executive for Fitness and Wellness is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests utilizing our fitness, massage, and sports / community services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Upscale User Engagement: Welcome and interact with guest, providing personalized attention and understanding their fitness and wellness goals. Provide exceptional service experiences for guest throughout their stay, ensuring a welcoming and comfort atmosphere. And ensure users are warmly greeted upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their experience.
Service Promotion: Educate guest about available fitness programs, massage therapies, and sports facilities, encouraging participation and bookings.
Feedback Collection: Actively seek and respond to guest feedback regarding services, using insights to enhance offerings and guest satisfaction.
Complaint Resolution: Actively listen to guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, enhancing guest satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
Relationship Building: Foster relationships with guest to encourage loyalty and repeat visits, including follow-up communications and personalized offers.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in guest relations or customer service within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry. Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant experience expected. Demonstrated ability to manage guest interactions and resolve issues effectively, contributing to high satisfaction levels.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of fitness, massage therapies, and sports activities
Proficient in MS Office and relevant scheduling software
