About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Statistical Programmer Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to learn and build a career in this field. The trainee will receive structured training and hands-on experience in statistical programming, data analysis, and reporting for clinical trials, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, validation, and documentation of statistical programs (SAS, R, or Python) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Support the creation of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) as per study requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks on datasets and outputs.
  • Learn and apply CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) in programming tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations) to support study deliverables.
  • Maintain programming documentation, code repositories, and version control.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing activities within the programming team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and clinical research processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language:
    SAS, R, or Python

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
