Job Description:
Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies. Keep track of and analyze HR metrics. Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR team in onboarding formalities for new joiners
- Handle employee queries and nurturing a positive working environment
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of general human resources policies and practices
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Monthly Onboarding statistics
- Attendance Management
- Employee offboarding
