Azure Keyvault Support Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Entra ID tenant, including user/group management, Conditional Access policies, MFA configurations, application registrations, and identity protection features. Administer, configure, and maintain the Okta platform, including application integrations (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), Universal Directory, MFA policies, adaptive authentication, lifecycle management rules, and API Access Management. Manage secrets, keys, and certificates within Azure Key Vault, including lifecycle management, access policies, and integration support for applications and services. Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, apply necessary updates/patches, and ensure the high availability and reliability of IAM tools (Entra ID, Okta, Key Vault). Stay current with new features and capabilities within the managed platforms and recommend improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to login, authentication, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and application access for both Entra ID and Okta. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure Key Vault access and secret retrieval. Assist users with self-service IAM tools (e.g., password reset, MFA registration) Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the team's knowledge base. Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies within Entra ID and Okta. Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns. Implement and enforce security best practices for Entra ID, Okta, and Key Vault configurations. Assist in providing evidence and support during internal and external audits related to identity and access controls. Ensure IAM processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
