Job Description
Campus Interviews: Organize activities that are required to achieve 100% Campus Placements and Internships.
Strategies : Assist students develop and implement job search strategies
Bridge : Ought to act as a bridge between academia and industry and immediately advise and take action wherever any gap is observed.
Career Development : Understand, develop & clarify academics & career interests of students.
Skill Development : Identify the training needs & prepare students on communication, soft skills, aptitude tests, group discussions and counsel them for technical and HR interviews.
Data Base : Compile & maintain the data base of students’ profiles & their final appointments.
Corporate Tie Ups : Handles tie-ups with companies for training, research and consulting.
Relationship Building : Liaison with the industry and Build relationships with the professionals especially with hiring managers.
Corporate Assist : Extend help to companies in recruiting candidates as per their requirements.
Off Campus Drive : Be fully informed about it and communicate / encourage students to participate in such placements drives.
Overall Responsibility : Act as a Facilitator, coordinator and advisor who helps students improve their employability.
Qualifications and Experience
M.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 10 years of experience as TPO in an Institute of repute. PhD would be an added advantage.
Has proven track record of High Industry Connect
Pay Scale
Pay Scale as Professor as per 7th Pay Commission Report of Govt. of India.
Candidates with exceptional qualifications and experience may be considered for higher remuneration
Skills required
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Strong Analytical and research skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, success the sales cycle from plan to close
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and project management skills
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Attention to detail, time management and meeting deadlines.
