Position: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

- Department: Placement- Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (2-year full-time) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent from a reputed institute/university.- Work Experience (Post-qualification): 10 to 15 years of extensive experience in the placement of students, preferably from reputed educational institutes, and business schools.- Desirable and Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description: As our Training & Placement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the career paths of our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting Final and Summer Placement activities for PGDM students.- Identifying and tapping into more hiring opportunities in core companies for students.- Enhancing Value Placements through securing better Brands as recruiters and negotiating higher salary packages.- Mentoring students on job market realities, interview techniques, soft skills, CV writing, and more.- Building and maintaining relationships with industry, corporate, and business houses to promote student placements.- Designing annual placement activity calendars, corporate visit plans, and budgeting.- Evaluating and improving placement effectiveness through data analysis.
