Position: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)Department:
PlacementEducational Qualifications:
MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (2-year full-time) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent from a reputed institute/university.Work Experience (Post-qualification):
10 to 15 years of extensive experience in the placement of students, preferably from reputed educational institutes, and business schools.Desirable and Preferred:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
As our Training & Placement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the career paths of our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Conducting Final and Summer Placement activities for PGDM students.Identifying and tapping into more hiring opportunities in core companies for students.Enhancing Value Placements through securing better Brands as recruiters and negotiating higher salary packages.Mentoring students on job market realities, interview techniques, soft skills, CV writing, and more.Building and maintaining relationships with industry, corporate, and business houses to promote student placements.Designing annual placement activity calendars, corporate visit plans, and budgeting.Evaluating and improving placement effectiveness through data analysis.
