Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:
The Customer Service specialist should be a Refrigeration Engineer who will play a crucial role in providing technical service support for refrigerated container , including head load calculations, design solutions, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer requirements, ensuring solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise and Support:
- Manage all technical aspects of Refrigerated Containers
- Provide service and operational support for reefer containers on a 24/7 basis across India.
- Address technical challenges and provide solutions to customer queries and requirements.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand their cooling requirements and challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster a positive customer experience.
- Guide the technical team to align with customer needs and expectations.
Solutions and Design:
- Participate in designing solutions that meet technical and commercial objectives.
- Provide input for quotations during sales and leasing processes.
- Develop drawings, including concept, shop, and technical drawings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Visit key customer sites to understand critical requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure quality standards for all cooling and reefer technology-related matters.
- Address critical quality challenges proactively.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create technical documents, including specifications, fact sheets, and USPs.
- Generate detailed technical reports and maintain accurate records.
