You’ll also contribute to ANCKR’s growing performance marketing playbooks , helping refine processes for search, ads, and analytics.This role is the engine of execution under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6).ResponsibilitiesExecute SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, technical checks)Build and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)Support setup and optimization of Local Service Ads (LSAs) for client accountsTrack performance with GA4, Search Console, and ad dashboardsProvide weekly/monthly reporting on campaign KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI)QA campaign setups, landing pages, and site optimizations for accuracyMaintain SEO/PPC checklists and task trackers for repeatable executionEscalate issues and insights to the Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6)Stay current on search engine updates and ad platform changesRequirementsMust-Have2–3 years of experience in SEO and/or PPC executionProficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimizationStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reportingDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and ROI-driven workNice-to-HaveExperience with LSAs and local SEO optimizationFamiliarity with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads)Exposure to AI-driven SEO/PPC toolsAgency or consulting experience managing multiple client accountsPerks:Competitive base compensationTech package (laptop, monitor, accessories as needed)Paid holidays, PTO, flexible hoursRemote-first team with async workflowsGrowth path into Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6)Schedule & ExpectationsStandard hours: Standard working HoursMust deliver tasks with accuracy and consistencyWork tracked in ClickUp , collaboration via SlackParticipation in campaign reviews, reporting cycles, and optimization sprintsWhy Join UsAs a Performance Marketing Specialist , you’ll be on the front lines of SEO + paid growth execution :Running Google Ads and LSAsOptimizing organic search visibilityTracking performance and proving ROIThis role is the ideal foundation for a career in performance marketing leadership — giving you hands-on exposure across organic, paid, and analytics, with a direct growth path to IC-6 Lead.
