Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with around 3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, aligning with business goals, and managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and have hands-on experience in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects. Requirements Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within defined scope, time, and budget. Define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure including requirement gathering, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.) to track progress and performance. Ensure compliance with IT standards, security guidelines, and organizational policies. Prepare project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk registers. Facilitate stakeholder communication, update leadership on progress, and escalate issues when required. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.   Primary Skillsets Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Associate Project Manager. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
