We are hiring for a Project Manager for Pune location at BiofuelCircle.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Reporting & Documentation: Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (COE, operations, finance) to align project goals. - Lead and manage the entire EPC project lifecycle from initiation to handover. - Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and schedule baselines. - Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Conduct Progress Review Meetings with Vendor and Management - Oversee material requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor performance. - Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements. - Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget. - Approve invoices, progress payments, and manage project cash flow. - Support project close-out, documentation, and final acceptance. - Oversee multiple Project locations, create MIS for management meetings - Develop and execute Carbon Project on groundRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering - Handson experience in Project Management, PM Tools and vendor management - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Travelling Requirements: 40 % to 50 %
