Let' s talk about the team
You'll be part of a global Lifecycle Marketing team that designs and delivers multi-channel customer journeys across both B2C and B2B audiences. The team blends centralized strategy with regional execution and works closely with Marketing Automation, as well as product, analytics, audience, and creative team s, and other partners as needed. We focus on using data, automation, and customer insight to support key business goals, from driving engagement to deepening customer relationships. You'll collaborate with experienced marketers in a performance-driven environment that values quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Let's talk about the role
As part of our extended Lifecycle Marketing team, you will support campaign execution, reporting, documentation, and deliverability monitoring across markets. In select regions, you will also be responsible for activating localized lifecycle campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely deployment. You will work closely with team members to streamline operations, maintain high quality standards, and accelerate time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
Email Build & Campaign Production
Build and update email campaigns using modular templates within platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder, or Email Studio).
Apply localization variants and personalization logic based on region-specific requirements and briefs.
Conduct QA checks including link validation, rendering (desktop/mobile/dark mode), and dynamic content behavior.
Localized Campaign Activation
Launch email or multi-channel campaigns in designated markets (under global strategy), following approved audience definitions and deployment timing.
Execute campaigns using predefined journeys, automations, or send schedules within SFMC or comparable platforms.
Coordinate with local/regional stakeholders and Specialists to validate content and deployment readiness.
Log campaign activity and outcomes in shared documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or custom logs).
Requirements & Documentation Support
Translate marketing briefs into structured technical requirements for journey builds, creative production, or data team handoffs.
Maintain accurate and version-controlled campaign documentation (audience specs, channel mix, entry/exit logic, test plans).
Support intake management by organizing, clarifying, and preparing requests for team review.
Deliverability & Campaign Health Monitoring
Monitor deliverability and inbox placement trends using platform data and third-party tools.
Track IP/domain health indicators and escalate emerging risks (e.g., rising bounce rates, blocklist events) to lifecycle and platform teams.
Contribute to monthly deliverability summaries and compliance tracking.
Reporting & Insights Support
Build and maintain campaign dashboards and performance reports using Tableau, SFMC Reports, and Excel templates.
Aggregate test results and performance metrics across lifecycle programs.
Assist Lifecycle Specialists by preparing performance summaries and highlighting variances or trends.
Let's talk about you
2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or CRM campaign production.
Hands-on skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Excel, and QA platforms like Litmus or Email on Acid.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently build, QA, and deploy campaigns.
Experience translating briefs into structured requirements and managing campaign documentation.
C omfortable working across time zones, supporting market-specific campaign variations, and following structured hand-off and escalation processes .
