Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong background in accounting or finance, and hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Odoos accounting and finance modules with experience in localization such as tax structures, reporting standards, and statutory compliance for any country or region.

Candidates with exposure to Indian localization (GST, TDS, e-Invoicing) or international accounting systems (EU VAT, US GAAP, etc.) will be highly preferred.

This role requires end-to-end project involvement: from requirements gathering and configuration to UAT, deployment, and post-live support.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong functional expertise in Odoo ERP (Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and related modules) - mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo Indian Localization (GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, and statutory compliance) mandatory.
  • Educational background in Accounting / Finance (CA, CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or any other).
  • Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform gap analysis between client needs and Odoo standard features.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical + business) and support implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
  • Knowledge of / Odoo Enterprise environments will be an advantage.
