Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

 Experience:7+yrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
  • Conduct functional testing and ensure quality assurance of implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for module customization and integration.
  • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and functional documentation.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including demos and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across domains (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
