What You Bring:

  • Background in Purchase, Procurement, or Technical Coordination

(Electrical, Electronics, Networking projects preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project procurement, tendering, or related roles
  • Comfortable with GeM / PSU portals or ready to learn quickly.
  • Strong in vendor negotiation, document handling, and internal coordination.
  • A degree in Electrical / Electronics / Networking / similar is a plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Track and analyze government & corporate tender opportunities (GeM, PSU portals, etc.)
  • Use your vendor management and cost negotiation skills to build winning bid
  • Prepare internal documentation and costing with clarity and precision
  • Review tender specs (RFPs/RFQs), and align with commercial/technical expectations
  • Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, finance, and legal teams to build complete proposals
  • Handle online bid submissions and maintain detailed BOQs and tender records
  • Follow up post-submission, negotiate where needed, and ensure final deal closure
  • Help guide the junior tendering team as needed
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants
