
Lead Generation Executive

We seek two dynamic and driven individualsone for laminates and one for plywoodto spearhead lead generation and business development activities in virgin markets for Samrat Laminates. This is an outbound sales-focused role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business leads in untapped geographies, positioning our products to new customers, and helping rapidly expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressively generate and qualify leads in virgin markets through outbound sales activities (calling, networking, site visits, etc.)
Research and identify prospective clients for laminates/plywood based on companys ideal profile
Initiate contact, nurture prospects, and convert qualified leads to sales opportunities
Manage lead information and follow up using company platforms and processes
Build relationships with market influencers, dealers, and decision-makers
Achieve monthly targets and deliver timely, accurate market reports
Work flexi 8-hour schedules as per market/geographical needs
Ideal Candidate
5-6 years proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in building materials, laminates, plywood, or related sectors)
Strong market research, networking, and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to commit to a 2-year bond
Ability to manage flexible hours and deliver results in new territories
