We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI products, including our flagship AI-powered search engine, BNNGPT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, product management best practices, and a proven track record of successfully bringing AI-driven products to market.


Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-based products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.


Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (executives, sales, marketing) to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communications.


User Experience and Customer Focus:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate product concepts and designs.


Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement and satisfaction.


AI Expertise:

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product and deliver tangible value to users.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI-based products.
  • Proven experience in managing the development and launch of AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics platforms.
  • Innovative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
