We're looking for a seasoned and inspiring Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product by defining the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and driving product development from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify customer needs and opportunities to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and present a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development process, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality features.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and track progress towards product goals.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience.
  • Own the product launch process, ensuring a smooth and successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product management trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
  • Strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle (from ideation to launch and beyond).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on user research and analytics.
  • A passion for product innovation and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
