We are a company that offers an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to Financial Institutions (FIs) to automate calls and customer inquiries through various channels and engage customers with financial insights and opportunities for additional sales. Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company by:

  • Defining product requirements based on market research and customer feedback, including localization and generating new product/feature concepts
  • Developing and communicating a clear product vision to all stakeholders
  • Leading competitor, market, and product analyses, business case assessments, product enhancements, and outlining product roadmaps
  • Prioritizing product releases based on business impact assessment
  • Understanding key metrics guiding consumer traffic growth and software adoption rates, and continuously striving for enhancements
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Product Management teams on product development initiatives
  • Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to implement product updates that enhance traffic and boost conversions

Qualifications

  • Passionate about leveraging AI within the Banking sector
  • 6-10 years of experience in Product Management, QA, or Product Analysis, preferably with a background in engineering or computer science
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentations
  • Empathetic towards users and dedicated to assisting them
  • Adept at understanding user needs and conducting market research
  • Capable of creating and executing a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Ability to collaborate with UI designers and usability experts to shape customer experience for all user-facing features
  • Skilled in organizing, managing, and prioritizing tasks, with prior exposure to the complete technology product lifecycle collaborating closely with engineering teams
