Position Summary :

Airtel IoT is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to define, lead, and execute the roadmap for our fast-growing IoT business. As the driving force behind our IoT product strategy, you will spearhead initiatives to extend our connectivity solutions and explore beyond connectivity use cases, unlocking new markets and significantly impacting our revenue growth. Your role will involve understanding IoT ecosystems, including devices, connectivity, edge computing, data platforms, and communication technologies. You will analyze market and customer needs, translating them into innovative products to fill gaps in the ecosystem. You will have end to end ownership of the product lifecycle including service delivery and assurance frameworks.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with teams across network, platform, engineering, devices, operations, IoT pre-sales, and sales, as well as engage directly with Airtel customers. Responsibilities :

  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy. Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
  • Prioritize between long- and short-term challenges, problems and opportunities based on business rationale to drive product priorities.
  • Be the subject matter expert for vertical product managers and customers to understand their businesses, define solutions, and create actionable plans to deliver these solutions.
  • Work with internal c teams and external partners to take products from ideas to launch
  • Recognize gaps in the existing lifecycle journeys and build structural fixes.
  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.

Requirements :

  • B.E./B Tech, MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a B2B environment with understanding of customer lifecycle of enterprise customers.
  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Strong Product Management fundamentals
  • Good understanding of the IoT ecosystem
  • Data driven approach towards market identification and product GTM
  • Evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry/global trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to manage both internal stakeholders and customer interactions.
  • Fast executor, self-starter Above all, the person should have an obsession to solve customer problems and should be the voice of the customer within Airtel.
