- Process stitching and convert manual process towards automation
- Strengthen Product Feedback & Improve the Customer Experience -Managing user feedback, opinions, and suggestions to improve the product.
- Standardize Communications
- Product governance and process adherence by cross functional team
- Increase Product adoption
- New as well as existing features.
- Cross Functional collaboration both internally and Externally with customers/ partners to meet Customer Expectations and Business Goals
- First time right delivery and service for new customers

**Skills Required
- Good Communication (verbal and Written) Skills with Fluency in English
- Experience in B2B IoT operations role
- Energetic with a hunger to learn and grow
- Execution excellence
