About the CompanyFinsmart Accounting is a leading offshore accounting firm supporting 300+ clients globally — including CPA firms, accounting practices, and international corporates across the USA, UK, EU, and India. Our specialized “Accounting Seat” model helps businesses solve talent and capacity challenges with dedicated offshore teams.About the RoleWith a team of 150+ and growing, we are looking for energetic and confident Sales Development Representatives to help us connect with prospective clients in the USA.Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.- Introduce Finsmart’s offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls/appointments with decision-makers.- Maintain call logs, update CRM (Hub Spot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.- Follow up with warm leads through emails, Whats App, and Linked In where required.- Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily/weekly reports of progress.- Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or Linked In adsQualifications- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation – preferably in international markets (USA/B2 B domain).Required Skills- Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent and confident communication skills.- Comfortable working in night shift aligned to US time zones.- Familiarity with using CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred), Google Sheets, and email tools.Preferred Skills- Prior experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2 B services is a plus.Pay range and compensation package- Competitive fixed salary based on experience.- Incentives on qualified meetings scheduled + bonuses on conversion.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity
