Role Description This is a full-time IT Recruitment Manager(For Supply team) role located on-site in Noida. The IT Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. They will also handle account management activities and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Qualifications 7 to 12 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring skills Candidate should need to have high number of team management experience Candidate should be from IT Staffing/Consulting Company . 7 Years Experience in Information Technology recruiting Account Management/Multiple Client Handling Experience skills Candidate should need have high volume hiring Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with candidate assessment tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
