We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our U.S. IT staffing operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. staffing models, compliance, and recruitment metrics, along with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 Recruiters, ensuring consistent achievement of performance metrics.- Drive recruiter productivity and accountability to meet or exceed expectations.- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Training & Development- Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training sessions to enhance domain knowledge, technical acumen, and client engagement.- Develop and execute career progression and succession planning initiatives.Strategic Recruitment Delivery- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.- Demonstrate deep understanding of client business models, technical landscapes, and hiring needs.- Partner with
