We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our U.S. IT staffing operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. staffing models, compliance, and recruitment metrics, along with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 Recruiters, ensuring consistent achievement of performance metrics. Drive recruiter productivity and accountability to meet or exceed expectations. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training sessions to enhance domain knowledge, technical acumen, and client engagement. Develop and execute career progression and succession planning initiatives. Strategic Recruitment Delivery Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.
