Directly handled client and vedor communication , including, briefing, negotiation, and feedback – ensuring creators / vendors aligned with brand expectations. Acted as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to translate marketing objectives into scalable influencer strategies. Conducted platform-specific research to identify trending creators and niche channels for targeted outreach. Delivered regular performance updates, post-campaign reports, and optimization plans based on You Tube analytics and creator performance. Ensured timely delivery of assets, legal compliances, and smooth execution across all phases of a campaign. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and English — excellent verbal and written communication. 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role . Proven success in handling influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and sectors. Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across niches (fashion, lifestyle, tech, entertainment, etc.). Excellent leadership, project management, and client-facing skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and influencer platforms.
