About Us:

We are a European growing influencer marketing agency connecting kids fashion/lifestyle brands with the right mom influencers to create meaningful influencer campaigns. We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to help us expand our brand connections and drive client meetings.

Role:

As a Part-Time Client Outreach Executive , you will help us reach more brands, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth follow-ups. You will not be leading client meetings—that will remain with the founder—but your work will be critical in growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential brand clients in kids fashion/lifestyle industry.
  • Reach out to brands via email, , calls and social media.
  • Follow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed.
  • Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach activities.
  • Schedule meetings in the founder's calendar.
  • Suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Additional European languages are plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work part-time (20h a week) from office-atelier in Jaipur.

What We Offer:

Base Pay: ₹10,000/month (part-time)

Meeting Bonus: you will get bonus per confirmed booked meeting

Conversion Bonus: Additional bonus if the brand agrees to work with us (signs collaboration / contract)

Comfortable working conditions in the fashion atelier-office in Jaipur.
