About the Role:We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Brand Outreach & Collaborations Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, branding, and digital culture, who thrives on building relationships and growing a brand's visibility through UGC, influencer partnerships, and event opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Influencer & UGC ManagementIdentify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators

Coordinate UGC content creation and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and goals

Track deliverables and maintain communication with creators

Brand Collaborations & OutreachResearch potential brand partners and collaboration opportunities

Pitch and coordinate partnership initiatives

Help execute and promote collaborative campaigns

Event Research & StrategyResearch relevant pop-ups, exhibitions, and events for brand presence

Evaluate event suitability and present recommendations

Coordinate logistics and represent the brand at selected events (if required)Coordination & ReportingMaintain trackers and databases of collaborations, creators, and event leads

Share regular reports on campaign performance and outreach results

What We're Looking For:A graduate in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or related fields

Strong interest in fashion, branding, and content trends

Confident communicator — written and verbal

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Proactive, creative, and a self-starter

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Bonus if you have:Prior internship or freelance experience in influencer marketing, PR, or fashion branding

Interest in or knowledge of the Indian fashion landscape
