Job Title: Research Analyst

Team: Research & Analytics

Role Overview:

Working as part of the Research and Analytics team the Research Executive will be working on research projects. You will be an integral part of the ongoing research projects across the team and will play a crucial role in project delivery as well as working on new project pitches/ proposals and credentials. Our research projects are a culmination of methodology expertise, advanced analytics, and insightful storytelling. We work with clients across industries and geographies, providing you with the necessary exposure and learning.

As a Research Executive, you will be wearing multiple hats from content analysis, quantitative analysis, presentations & insights, proposals, case studies and even marketing content & collaterals. Research Consulting Manager, you will be in charge of leading, managing, and nurturing client relationships. It’s a multi-faceted role inclusive of analysis, reporting, client interactions, and along with developing & expanding our credentials.

Responsibilities:

- with internal project leaders to define complex business objectives, selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques- could be survey data already captured by the clients, consulting on end-to-end research design and delivery OR projects with elements of secondary/desk research- research objectives, select methodologies, plan research projects, and execute analysis and reporting- interpret and synthesize learnings from primary and secondary research sources to make informed research decisions, provide summary reporting, draw conclusions that are actionable and impactful to stakeholders- the integration of internal and external information sources and research outputs to deliver exceptional insights to clients- express ideas, methodology, results, and recommendations through insightful reports and articulation.- are expected to work with global clients on various aspects of research which would include questionnaire testing, quality assurance, and drafting insights on the presentations- would be responsible for doing Client Coordination- would be working on Primary Research
