is seeking a curious and analytical
Research Analyst
to join our Digital Marketing team. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:Conduct research on student demographics, education trends, and competitor activity in key target markets.Identify and analyze relevant data sources, including market research reports, government data, and industry publications.Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from market research data and campaign performance metrics.Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for admission initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.Support the development of data-driven strategies for optimizing marketing campaigns and improving website user experience for students.Stay up-to-date on the latest research methodologies and data analysis tools relevant to education marketing.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive, Web Manager, and other team members to ensure research findings are integrated into marketing and website optimization efforts.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research analysis, preferably in an educational or marketing context.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, AI Models).Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and access relevant data sources.Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex research findings to a non-technical audience.Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.Familiarity with admission trends and challenges a plus.
