Job description-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst with approximately one year of experience to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using lead generation tools to identify potential clients and market opportunities, contributing to our sales pipeline and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:Utilize various lead generation tools and platforms (e.g.,

Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) to identify and collect contact information of potential clients. Research and compile data on target companies, including key decision-makers, industry trends, and business needs.Data Analysis:Analyze lead data to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential market niches. Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance.Market Research:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, potential leads, and strategic recommendations.Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.Participate in team meetings and contribute insights from research findings.Reporting:Generate and present regular reports on lead generation metrics and outcomes.Track and report on the progress of lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field.Experience:Approximately one year of experience in a research, lead generation, or related role.Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.Skills:Proficiency in using lead generation and CRM tools (e.g.,

Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a sales or marketing environment.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
