Knowledge of Network and Active Directory integration. Knowledge on migrations from On prem to AVS, implementation and coordinates with the Client and other stakeholders. Automation of various processes and tasks using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc. Collaborate with teams and be the point of contact for customers and participate in regular cadence. Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions to improve the underlying knowledge base of the team, helping them expand their breadth of expertise Excellent hands-on experience in Cloud migration Solution and Deployments. Responsible for understanding the business requirements, the standards/strategy and combining this into a detailed solution. Provides high level / low-level design in cooperation with the Migration Engineers. Setting up monitoring, troubleshooting infrastructure components hosted in various cloud environments and Services primarily on AVS and Azure. Implementation of best practices of Public Cloud Knowledge of Network design and Active Directory integration. Install and configure the tools that are needed to achieve the migrations. Automation of various processes and tasks using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc. Automation experience using Python/PowerShell Solution, Configuration and implementation of PaaS solutions on AWS / Azure Own knowledge sharing sessions to improve the underlying knowledge base of the team, helping them expand their breadth of expertise. Ownership of client on boarding journey, helping them understand the various processes involved and setup of the various systems involved. Responsible and accountable for required level of support to customers and on meeting/exceeding Service level Agreements.

Requires minimum 10 years of related experience with bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc. Experience working in 24x7 Support Environments Good Knowledge of AVS and Azure Cloud related certifications will be plus. Good knowledge on ITIL/ITSM processes
