Cloud Raptor is seeking a seasoned Freshworks Developer with extensive technical and
hands-on experience of a broad range of Freshworks Applications, that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers.
As a Freshworks Developer, you will work to craft, configure, script, and lead the technical
solution on the Freshwork platform to ensure a successful deployment for our customers.
You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine Freshworks platform
requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more
of the common languages used by Freshworks.
Job Title: Freshworks Senior Developer
Base Location: - Sydney, Australia
Type: - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 5+ years of Freshworks development experience, as detailed above
• Implement and configure or knowledge of a broad range of Freshworks Applications.
• Design / Develop Freshworks Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Extensive knowledge of crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts,Catalogue Forms, etc.
• Solve and repair common configuration issues
• Build Prioritized Applications using Studio
• Automate activities on the Freshworks platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into Freshworks
• Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of Freshworks development experience, as detailed above
Qualifications:
•External Client consulting experience highly preferred
•Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
•Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
