Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sprinklr Platform Integration Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our digital presence and social media management processes by leveraging your expertise in the Sprinklr platform and AWS integration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sprinklr platform APIs, experience in developing and customizing FAQ bots and NLP bots, proficiency in creating and modifying dashboards, and the ability to seamlessly integrate Sprinklr with external systems, particularly AWS services.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Sprinklr platform APIs to develop custom solutions and integrations.
  • Design, create, modify, and update FAQ bots and NLP bots to enhance customer engagement and support workflows within the Sprinklr environment.
  • Develop and customize dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement custom solutions within the Sprinklr platform.
  • Integrate Sprinklr with external systems, particularly AWS services, utilizing various integration methods such as SFTP, APIs, and data streams.
  • Configure and optimize AWS services to seamlessly interact with the Sprinklr platform, ensuring efficient data exchange and automation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integrated solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Sprinklr platform integration and AWS services.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on utilizing Sprinklr platform features and integrated AWS services effectively.
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Sprinklr platform APIs and developing custom solutions within the platform.
  • Strong proficiency in creating, modifying, and managing FAQ bots and NLP bots.
  • Experience in designing and customizing dashboards using Sprinklr's reporting and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate Sprinklr with external systems, particularly AWS services, using various integration methods.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
